摘　　要：为解决我国隧道修建中人工进行拱架安装的问题,实现拱架安装的机械操作和机械化配套作业,介绍国内外隧道施工采用钢拱架安装机的现状以及利用挖掘机底盘开发研制新型隧道施工用钢拱架安装机的简要情况,通过对铁道部立项研究的"隧道围岩稳定性及其控制技术研究"项目第七子课题——长大隧道施工机械化配套及其国产化研究的钢拱架安装机样机工业性试验情况的分析,就研制安装机的基本思路、需要解决的技术关键问题进行探讨,提出的持续改进、形成批量生产的几点思考,对优化、完善安装机技术性能,尤其是进行类似设备的国产化开发研制具有一定的借鉴意义。In tunneling in China, steel ribs are normally installed by hand. The state-of-art of the application of steel rib installing stalling machine in tunneling both in China and abroad is presented. The development of the new type of steel rib inmachine on basis of the underpan of excavator is introduced. The concept and the key technical problems to be solved in the development of the new type of steel rib installing machine are discussed. Persistent improvement and batch manufacture of the new type of steel rib installing machine is proposed. The paper can provide reference for the optimization and improvement of the technical performance of the steel rib installing machine, and especially for the domestic development of other similar machines
