摘　　要：高度阀用于铁道车辆空气弹簧充风或排风的控制,根据载荷的变化来调节车体高度。介绍了高度阀的工作原理,研究了高度阀性能测试方法,开发了高度阀性能测试试验台。该试验台适用于不同型号的高度阀,能自动控制高度阀的杠杆角度,并检测相应的充排风时间,以及止回阀、进气阀和排气阀的气密性。The leveling valve is used for controlling of the charge and venting of the air springs on railway vehicles in order to keep the height of car body regaraless of the loads. The principle of the leveling valve are introduced. Relevent testing methods and test bench are developed as well. The test bench is fit to various types of leveling valves, which could control the angle of the lever and record the time of charge and venting, as well as the leakage of check valve,intake valve and exhaust valve.
