摘　　要：根据装备制造型企业的特征,分析了其自主创新能力不足的原因,探索了影响其自主创新能力提升的主要因素,即技术创新战略、技术能力、人才机制以及所属的产业集群环境。在此基础上,通过对典型的装备制造型企业——"东汽"进行案例研究,分析了上述四个因素是如何促进其自主创新能力提升的。According to the characteristics of equipment manufacturing enterprises,this paper analyzes the reasons causing the shortage of independent innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises. Then it explores the factors influencing the development of independent innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises, namely technological innovation strategy, technical capability,human resource system and industrial cluster. Finally,it makes a case study on Dongfang Steam Works, a typical equipment manufacturing enterprise, and indicates how these four influence factors promote its independent innovation capability.
