摘  要:校本培训是促进教师职业发展的重要途径之一。针对西部欠发达地区高校外语教师进修资源极其短缺的现状,整合校内资源、完善教师个体的自主培训、分层次学校模式和多元化院系模式的校本培训体系,是结合学校实际情况可行的教师教育形式,有利于实现外语教师的持续性成长。School - based training is an important approach to promoting the professional development of teachers. Since the quite limited education resources can not meet the urgent need of foreign language teachers in western underdeveloped area, these colleges and universities could integrate their internal resources and explore effective school - based training system, such as individual teacher's independent training, hierarchical mode of whole school training for faculty, and diversified mode of foreign languages training for teachers concerned. School - based training requires that related colleges and universities make full use of available courses and take their actual situation into consideration, consequently it will be feasible and conducive to the sustained growth of foreign language teachers.
