摘　　要：目的探讨经皮血管性介入治疗在肢体恶性肿瘤中的应用价值探讨与思考。方法应用Seldinger技术对12例肢体部位的巨大恶性肿瘤进行术前介入灌注化疗和栓塞,待病灶缩小后再根据情况进行手术切除。结果采用的上述病例经介入治疗后绝大多数肿瘤均有不同程度缩小,术中出血明显减少,便于手术能更彻底切除病灶,达到较好的治疗效果。结论对于较大的肢体肿瘤可先采取血管性介入治疗,再结合手术治疗,疗效显著,能明显延长患者的生存期,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the application and value of vascular intervention in treatment of the malignant limb tumors. Methods Seldinger technology was used in 12 cases with great malignant limb tumor for preoperative chemotherapy and perfusion embolization, then received surgery as necessary. Results After interventional treatment most tumors were narrow at different degree, intraoperatie bleeding significantly reduced, the surgeon can even more radical resection lesions and achieve good results. Conclusion For larger limb tumor vascular interventional treatment in combination with surgical treatment have curative effect, slgmttcantly prolong the patients live and improve quality of life.
