摘　　要：目的探讨肝门部高位恶性胆管梗阻用支架引流的临床意义。方法通过对PTBD的理论和实践介绍,探讨支架引流对肝门部高位恶性胆管梗阻的治疗效果。结果支架引流对肝门部高位恶性胆管梗阻的治疗效果较好。结论支架引流对肝门部恶性胆管梗阻有重要临床意义。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of stems in treatment of malignant hilar obstructions. Methods The clinical effect of stents was judged for treatment of malignant biliary obstruction of porta hepatis by introducing the theory and practice of percutaneous biliary drainageand stenting（PTBD）i Results The effect of stents for treatment of malignant biliary obstruction of porta hepatis was obvious. Conclusion The value of stents is significace for treatment of malignant biliary obstruction of porta hepatis.
