摘 要:为提高电磁发射装置的发射精度并降低能耗,考虑轨道弹性基础上黏滞外阻尼和材料应变黏滞阻尼的影响,将某型电磁发射装置的轨道模拟为移动载荷作用下弹性基础的简支梁;采用欧拉梁理论建立梁的力学模型,利用拉普拉斯变换和傅里叶变换等方法,推导出指数形态压力载荷作用下轨道的瞬态响应解析解;运用MATLAB软件分析了不同发射参数作用于轨道时产生的动态响应特征。结果表明:梁瞬态动力响应随着材料应变黏滞阻尼系数的增大而增大,随着黏滞外阻尼系数、弹性系数及电磁压力指数因数的增大而减小。In order to improve the firing accuracy and decrease energy cost of electromagnetic launcher's rail,considering the effect of the viscous damping and the material damping,the electromagnetic launcher's rail was modeled as a simply supported beam on elastic foundation by moving load,and the mechanical model of beam was established on the basis of Euler beam theory.By using Laplace transform and Fourier transform method,the analytical solution to the equation subjected to exponential pressure was derived.The character of dynamic response of electromagnetic launcher's rail was analyzed under different parameters with MATLAB.Analytical results show that as the coefficient of material damping increases,the dynamic response of rail increases gradually.But as the coefficient of viscous damping,the elastic coefficient,and the exponential percentage of pressure increase,the dynamic response of electromagnetic launcher's rail decreases gradually.
