摘　　要：实验教学管理体系的改革,要紧紧围绕培养学生的创新意识和动手能力这个主题来展开。经过不断探索,对实验教学管理体系中几个重要环节,大胆地进行改革和积极实践。采取进阶式培养教学模式,优化了实验教学内容;全面实施实验教学督导机制,完善了实验教学质量监控体系;强化实验室开放管理,促进了实验室多元化开放。这些有益的探索和改革,有效地促进了实验教学质量的提高。The reform of experiment teaching management system,must be developed to train students＇ innovative consciousness and practical ability.With incessant exploration,reform and practice is undergoing on some important steps of experiment teaching.By gradual culture teaching mode,experiment teaching content is optimized.By comperhensively teaching guidance,the qulity monitor system of experiment teaching is perfected.By enhencing the management of opening of laboratory,diversification opening of laboratory is promoted.These exploration and reform can improve.quality of experiment teaching.
