三级医院医疗保险管理现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：通过对三级医院医保办工作人员的问卷调查,发现三级医院医保管理部门存在机构设置和隶属关系未从制度上确立、工作人员缺乏继续教育经历和专业技术职称不对口、工作职能不够明确等问题。因此,三级医院应重视医保工作并进一步加强管理,健全医院医保管理组织,提高人员素质与改善激励机制,完善医保工作职能和医院医保管理体系。Through to medical insurance office staff by questionnaire in the grade three hospital, founding some problems in medical insurance management, for example lack of staff continuing education professional counterparts work function not very clear and so on, Therefore, the grade three hospital should attach importance to medical insurance work and further strengthen the management, improve the quality of personnel and the incentive mechanism, improve the medical insurance work function and hospital medical insurance management system.
