零售商主导型供应链的期权回购契约协调策略

摘　　要：在零售商占主导地位的供应链中,考虑了顾客退货、生产商期末回购零售商剩余产品的协调问题,建立了期权与回购的联合契约协调模型。结果表明,通过选择适当的期权价和回购价,可以使供应链完全协调。最后利用数值算例对该结论进行了验证。The supply chain coordination with customers return and the producer bought back the retailer＇s surplus commodities at the end of the selling season was considered in the retailer-led supply chain.The supply chain coordination model of the joint option contract with buyback contract was established.The study has shown that the supply chain can be completely coordinated by choosing appropriate option price and buyback price.Finally,the numerical examples were given to verify this conclusion.
