摘 要:为给日本花柏和侧柏精油高附加值产品的开发提供基础数据,比较分析了日本花柏和侧柏精油的提取得率及其化学组成,以寻找主要活性化合物。以水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取日本花柏和侧柏精油,结果表明:日本花柏年轮5~10年处上部心材的提取得率最高(0.764%);侧柏年轮12~20年处底部心材的提取得率最高(0.769%)。日本花柏和侧柏精油的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析结果表明:日本花柏干径心材、年轮5~10年处上部心材和侧柏上部树皮精油质量分数最高的主成分是α-杜松醇;日本花柏底部心材、侧柏年轮低于6年处上部心材和上部边材精油质量分数最高的主成分是柏木醇。α-杜松醇和柏木醇都是具有开发潜力的活性化合物。In order to search main active compounds and provide the basic data for high value-added product development of essential oils in Chamaecyparis pisifera and Platycladus orientalis,the chemical composition and extraction yield of essential oils in C.pisifera and P.orientalis were analyzed through extracting by vapor distillation.The results showed that extraction yield of upper heartwood of growth ring from 5 to 10 years of C.pisifera(0.764%) and lower heartwood of growth ring from 12 to 20 years of P.orientalis(0.769%) were the highest.The results of essential oils in C.pisifera and P.orientalis analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) showed that main compound with the highest mass fraction of essential oils from heartwood at trunk diameter,upper heartwood of growth ring from 5 to 10 years of C.pisifera and upper bark of P.orientalis was α-cadinol,while cedrol was the highest mass fraction compound of essential oils of lower heartwood of C.pisifera,upper heartwood of growth ring less than 6 years as well as upper sapwood of P.orientalis.α-Cadinol and cedrol were active compounds with development potential.
