摘  要:以少根紫萍、稀脉浮萍和紫萍为供试材料,以霍格兰氏营养液为培养液,考察了夏季气象条件下3种浮萍在培养液中鲜重的增加和去除磷效率的情况。结果表明:浮萍在磷浓度为0.1~46.5 mg/L的水体中均可生长。浮萍生长的最适磷浓度范围为0.1~15.5 mg/L,其中磷浓度在3.1 mg/L左右的情况下,浮萍长势最佳。相对于稀脉浮萍和少根紫萍,紫萍表现出一定的磷去除优势,尤其是在高磷浓度条件下紫萍磷去除的优势更为明显。Taking Lemna perpusilla,Spirodela oligorrhiza and Spirodela polyrrhiza as the tested materials,the fresh weight gain and phosphorus removal efficiency of different duckweed cultivars in Hoagland nutrient solution under the summer meteorological condition were investigated.The results showed that duckweed could grow in the water body containing 0.1~46.5 mg/L P,the optimum P-concentration range for the growth of duckweed was 0.1~15.5 mg/L,and the duckweed grew best when the concentration of P was about 3.1 mg/L.Spirodela polyrrhiza had better phosphorus removal efficiency than Spirodela oligorrhiza and Lemna perpusilla,especially under the condition of high P-concentration.
