摘 要:自制碳纳米管涂层萃取探头,顶空固相微萃取测定水样中苯胺类化合物,优化了影响萃取效率的因素:萃取时间和温度、离子强度、搅拌速度等.在0.1~50 mg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.995 5~0.998 7之间,方法的检出限为0.074~0.018 mg/L.该方法用于水样品的测定,加标回收率为78%~112%,相对标准偏差小于11.28%.A novel solid-phase microextraction(SPME) fiber was prepared by coating carbon nanotube on a stainless steel wire,and was used for the determination of aniline in water by headspace-solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME) combined gas chromatography(GC).The HS-SPME was optimized for the most important parameters such as extraction time and temperature,ionic strength and agitation.The method showed good linearity between 0.1 and 50 mg/L with regression coefficients ranging between 0.995 5 and 0.998 7.The detection limits of the developed method for water sample were below 0.074 mg/L for all analytes.This method has been applied to real samples and the recovery values in the range of 78%~112% for different aniline,the relative standard deviations were below 11.28%.
