摘　　要：提高农民文化与科技素质是实现四川省从农业大省向农业强省跨越、农业和农村经济发展迈上新台阶、城乡统筹协调发展的重要举措。面对农村劳动力平均受教育程度比较低,农民接受农业科技和劳动技能培训难度大、农民教育培训任务迫切而艰巨的现实,各级政府、各部门、各级各类培训机构必须高度重视,认真研究探索当前加强农民教育培训的对策与措施。To improve peasants scientific and cultural qualities is an important measure for making Sichuan from an agricultural province to a strong agricultural province. It is also very important to make the development of agricultural economy get great progress and comprehensively arrange the development of the city and the countryside. Facing the problems such as the low level of education of rural labor forces, the difficulties of the farmers having training on agricultural techniques and laboring skills, the governments and the training institutions must attach great importance to the training and education of rural labor forces and learn the countermeasures of stimulating the development of training and educating peasants.
