摘　　要：复杂性理论是不同于自然科学的一套认识世界的方式。用复杂性理论来审视教学，我们发现，教学具有非线性、自组织性、不确定性和不可逆性等特征，倾听并理解学生、拥有整体教学观、让学生在课堂上充分讨论、给学生瞄适当的引导等都是教师可以使用的实践策略。The theory of complexity is a kind of new method to know our world , which is different from the method hascience Examining teaching in the view of the theory of complexity, we find that teaching is non-linear and selforganization, uncertainty and non-reversal. In order to cope with the complexity of classroom, we suggest some strategies according to the practical cases, which include listening and understanding your students, taking teaching as a whole thing, giving students enough time to discuss, guiding students appropriately.
