摘　　要：针对高速公路改扩建期间通行能力计算困难的问题,利用连霍高速公路陕西段改扩建期间实测数据,采用数理统计方法,得出流量-跟车率的关系模型,进而计算得出采用双侧拼接改扩建方式的高速公路前3个施工阶段基本路段的通行能力值分别为1 900,1 700和1 800pcu/(h.ln).According to the calculation problem of traffic capacity during freeway′s reconstruction,based on the data of traffic flow surveyed from G30 freeway in Shanxi Province,with mathematical statistics approach,the models of traffic flow-following ratio relations have been achieved,and then the recommendation values of the traffic capacity of the former three stages of reconstruction are calculated： 1 900,1 700,1 800 pcu/（h·ln）.This conclusion can provide referential data for traffic organization and management during the reconstruction.
