摘  要:目的优化皂角刺中白桦脂酸型三萜类化合物的提取工艺。方法以干浸膏得率和白桦脂酸型三萜类化合物的含量为检测指标,采用L9(34)正交试验,考察乙醇的体积分数、料液比、提取时间和提取温度4个影响因素,确定最佳提取工艺。结果乙醇体积分数对提取效果有显著影响,其他因素影响不显著。以50%(体积分数)乙醇为提取溶剂,采用1∶10料液比(g/mL),85℃回流提取(提取溶剂刚沸腾),每次提取时间2 h,共提取3次为最佳提取工艺。结论优选得到的工艺稳定、可行。Aim To optimize the extraction technology of the lupine-type triterpenoids in the stings of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.Methods The four relevant factors—ethanol content,ratio of material to liquid,extraction time and extraction temperature were investigated by the L9(34) orthogonal design with the content of the lupine-type triterpenoids and the rate of dry extract as the test index.The best condition of extraction technology is determined by experiments.Results Ethanol content had remarkable effects on the extracting results,but the other factors had no significant influence.The optimal extraction process was as follows: the extrcting solvent was 50% ethanol,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶ 10,the temperature was 85℃,the extracting time was 2h and extracting 3 times.Conclusion The optimal process is stable and feasible.
