摘 要:基于Archard黏着磨损模型,建立缸套-活塞环磨损模型,并设计仿真程序,对标定工况下PA6-280柴油机缸套-活塞的黏着磨损进行仿真分析。通过样机台架试验获得缸套-活塞环磨损试验数据,对试验和仿真数据进行比较分析,验证了仿真结果的准确性。引入柴油机工况因子建立磨损寿命预测模型,对PA6-280柴油机所有活塞环和气缸套的磨损寿命进行预测,预测结果与柴油机设计要求一致。Based on Archard adhesive wear model, a wear model of cylinder liner-piston ring was established, and the adhesive wear of diesel PA6-280 cylinder liner-piston ring on calibration condition were simulated and analyzed with relevant designed simulation program. The wear data of cylinder liner-piston ring were tested from a prototype bench, and the veracity of simulation results were verified from the comparative analysis between test and simulation data. A wear life prediction model with a diesel condition factor was builded. With the prediction model, the wear lives of all piston rings and cylinder liner of diesel PA6-280 were predicted,which were consistent with the design requirements of diesel.
