摘　　要：我国的社会经济发展需要外语专业应用人才,培养应用人才需要实践能力生成理论支撑。为有效地达到培养外语专业应用人才的目的,我们需要将外语专业所有教育要素赋予实践生成理念,并对这些教育要素要进行合理配置。China＇ s social-economic development needs foreign language majors, whose training needs theoretical support of practical ability generation. For the purpose of the cultivation, every pedagogical factor is endowed with certain theories for practical ability generation and these factors need effective and rational allocation.
