摘　　要：从地方高校学科实际出发,根据平衡计分卡的绩效评估思想,从学术声誉、基地建设、科学研究、学术队伍这四个维度构建地方高校学科评价的平衡计分卡,结合德尔菲法和层次分析法,对平衡计分卡下的地方高校学科评价指标体系权重进行确定和量化,以期获得一种更为科学的评价方法。The paper established a set of local colleges and universities subject appraisement system based on balance score card, which included four first level indexes： the academic reputation, base construction, scientific research and academic team. Combined with Delphi method and method of Analytic Hierarchy process, it quantitatively defined the weight of any of the appraisal indicators that constitute an indicator system. This is helpful to the continuous quality improvement of sub- ject appraisement, so as to raise management level.
