垫式舌侧矫治器和混合式直丝弓矫治器治疗前牙反的对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较分析垫式舌侧矫治器和混合式直丝弓矫治器矫治假性前牙反的疗效。方法应用垫式舌侧矫治器和混合式直丝弓矫治器各治疗前牙牙性反或功能性反患者30例,统计两组病例主动治疗时间和反解除时间,治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位片进行头影测量分析,并对软硬组织变化情况进行配对t检验。结果垫式舌侧矫治器治疗前牙反时反解除平均时间比混合式直丝弓矫治器治疗前牙反时反解除的平均时间短,主动治疗时间则较长。两组病例治疗前后其上下前牙牙轴及上下唇软组织都有显著变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组病例矫治后患者的上颌软硬组织突度都有增加,下颌软硬组织突度都有减小,侧貌都得到明显改善。结论垫式舌侧矫治器也是治疗前牙反的有效方法。Objective To compare the effect of occlusal pad-like lingual appliance and compound straight wire appliance in the treatment of false anterior crossbite.Methods Thirty cases of false anterior crossbite treated by occlusal pad-like lingual appliance were chosen as the study group,while 30 cases of false anterior crossbite treated by compound straight wire appliance was selected as the control group.The time of active treating and relieving crossbite were recorded.Cephalometries were performed before and after treatment.The changes of soft and hard tissues were compared by paired t-test.Results The average time of relieving crossbite in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,while the average time of active treating in the study group was longer.The result of cephalometries showed that the profiles of soft and hard tissues of maxillary in both groups were significantly improved after treatment,compared with that before treatment.And soft and hard tissues of madibular were reduced in both groups.Conclusion It is effective to treat false anterior crossbite with the occlusal pad-like lingual appliance.
