摘 要:利用溶胶-凝胶法和电化学聚合制得Ti/nanoTiO2-PAn复合膜电极,并通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及循环伏安法(CV)对制备的Ti/nanoTiO2-PAn复合膜电极的结构、表面形貌和性能进行了表征。以此电极对偶氮染料甲基橙进行了催化降解处理,研究了初始浓度、不同电极等因素对甲基橙电催化氧化降解的影响,结果表明Ti/nanoTiO2-PAn复合膜电极对甲基橙具有较高的电催化氧化活性,其电催化活性优于Ti/nanoTiO2电极。Polymerization of aniline on a nanoTiO2 complex film electrode was achieved by sol-gel method and electrochemical polymerization technique.XRD,SEM and CV were used to characterize the structure and image of the nanoTiO2-PAn complex film.The nanoTiO2-PAn complex film electrode was used to process the electrocatalytic degradation of methyl orange.By using the nano TiO2-PAn composite film as electrode,effects of initial concentrations,different electrodes and other factors on the electrooxidation degradation of methyl orange were investigated.The Ti/nanoTiO2-PAn complex film electrode shows a high electrocatalytic oxidation activity in dealing with organic wastewater.The electrocatalytic activity of Ti/nanoTiO2-PAn complex film electrode is better than that of Ti/nanoTiO2 electrode.
