摘　　要：本文结合重大技术装备制造企业技术能力发展及演进过程分析,揭示了其演进过程中基于构成要素积累的技术能力螺旋上升的演进机理。在此基础上,构建了重大技术装备制造企业技术能力的梯阶平台螺旋演进模型。最后,以哈尔滨锅炉有限公司为例,验证了在重大技术装备制造企业技术能力发展过程中,技术能力构成要素持续积累、技术能力构成要素支撑着技术能力阶梯平台的螺旋演进上升的过程。This paper analyses the development and evolution process of technology capability of Major Technical Equipment Manufacturing Industry（MTEMI）.Combining with analysis results,this paper reveals the spiral-rising evolution mechanism of technology capability based on constitute elements＇ accumulation of technology capability.On this basis,this paper constructs the stairway platform spiral evolution model of technology capability of MTEMI.Finally,by taking Harbin Boiler Co.,Ltd.as an example,the function of continued accumulation of the constitute elements of technology capability and the spiral-rising evolution process of stairway platform of technology capability based on the accumulation are verified in the evolution process of MTEMI.
