贝复舒眼用凝胶在翼状胬肉术后应用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 1.研究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶(贝复舒眼用凝胶)在翼状胬肉术后对角膜上皮修复的影响。2.探讨贝复舒眼用凝胶对翼状胬肉复发率的影响。方法 2008年6～9月室收治的翼状胬肉病例80例(80眼),随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均为同一术者显微镜下行翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后两组均常规护理,治疗组采用贝复舒眼用凝胶和氧氟沙星滴眼液点眼,对照组采用氧氟沙星滴眼液点眼。滴眼后24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h,120 h,144 h,168 h观察患者的角膜上皮愈合情况;随访观察术后3个月,6个月,12个月,18个月患者翼状胬肉的复发情况。结果治疗组角膜上皮愈合较快,两组角膜上皮痊愈时间比较有显著性差异(t=5.331,p<0.05)。术后18个月治疗组和对照组的复发率比较没有统计学差异(χ2=0.28,P>0.05)。结论贝复舒眼用凝胶能很好地促进角膜上皮细胞的再生和修复,有效减轻患者术后的不适症状。Objective To study the affection of recombinant bovine basic Fibroblast Growth Factor（rb-bFGF） on the healing of corneal epithelial after operation of pterygium,and to explore the affection of recurrence after using rb-bFGF gel.Methods 80 patients（80 eyes）from June to September 2008,were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group.The same doctor and the same surgical methods were given to the two groups.The treatment group was dropped with rb-bFGF gel and Ofloxacin eyedrops.The control group was dropped with Ofloxacin eyedrops,then the healing of corneal epithelial time was observed after giving eyedrops.The recurrence of pterygium was observed after operation of pterygium.Results The corneal epithelia restoration periods of the treatment group were shorter than the control group,and the difference was significant（t=5.331,P〈0.05）.The recurrence of the two groups were not significant after surgery at 18 months（χ2=0.28,P〉0.05）.Conclusion The rb-bFGF gel is reliable for promoting corneal epithelium cells regeneration and restoration.It can effectively relieve discomfort of self-conscious symptom of patients,and there is no affection for pterygium recurrence after using rb-bFGF gel.
