摘 要:为了考察R&D投入对我国技术效率的影响,本文基于随机前沿方法(SFA)对东、中、西三大区域进行了实证研究。本文首先利用随机前沿方法(SFA)对各区域的技术效率进行了测度,继而利用测度出的技术效率与各区域的R&D投入进行回归分析。实证结果表明:东部地区的R&D投入能显著的改进技术效率,而中部地区与西部地区的R&D投入对其区域内技术效率的积极影响有限。这意味着东部地区R&D投入的内部结构相对于中部地区与西部地区更为合理。中部地区与西部地区应适当的调整R&D投入的内部结构,使R&D投入能更多的促进技术效率的改进。In order to examine the effect of R&D expenses on Chinese technique efficiency, this paper uses the SFA methodology to study the east, central and west regions of China. This paper firstly uses the SFA methodology to measure the technique efficiency of each region and then makes the regression analy- sis on the measured technique efficiency and each region' s R&D. The result shows that: the R&D ex- penses of the east region can improve the technique efficiency significantly, but the R&D expenses of the central and west regions just have limited positive effect on the technique efficiency. This means that compared with the central and west regions, the internal structure of the R&D expenses of the east region is relatively reasonable, and the central and west regions should adjust the internal structure of the R&D expense in order to promote its technique efficiency better.
