五鹤续断洗脱液抗衰老作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨五鹤续断洗脱液的抗衰老作用及其机制。方法将昆明种小鼠随机分为五鹤续断组、模型组、对照组。采用D-半乳糖制备衰老小鼠模型,五鹤续断组灌服五鹤续断洗脱液,对照组与模型组灌服等量生理盐水。6周后,测定小鼠脾脏、胸腺、睾丸或卵巢指数,血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及丙二醛(MDA)的活性。结果与模型组比较,五鹤续断组小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数、睾丸或卵巢指数均升高;血清中SOD、GSH-Px的含量均升高,MDA的含量明显降低。结论五鹤续断抗衰老的作用可能与其增强免疫力、延缓性腺萎缩和清除氧自由基有关。Objective To evaluate the effects of anti-decrepitude of Dipsacus asper eluent and its mechanism.Methods Mice were randomly divided into Dipsacus asper group,model group and control group.The aging models were prepared by D-galactose,and Dipsacus asper group was given the Dipsacus asper eluent.Meanwhile,the control group and model group were treated with the same saline water.After 6 weeks,the spleen,thymus,testis,ovary index were tested,so were the activity of SOD,GSH-Px,MDA in serum.Results Compared with the model group,Thymus index,splenn index testis index and ovary index in the pipsacus asper group were significantly increased,the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in blood serum were obviously improved,but the confent of MDA in blood serum was obviously decreased.Conclusion Dipsacus asper eluent has anti-aging effects through enhancing immune function of organs,delaying gonad shrinkage and removing free radicals.
