摘　　要：目的:探讨CT在眼眶外伤中的所见及应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2008-02/2011-06共950例眼眶外伤患者的CT检查结果,无论单双眼入选,均作为1例。结果:眼眶外伤950例患者中CT检查发现眼眶或眶周骨折者846例,眼球,眼外肌等眶内组织损伤者103例。结论:CT检查能准确显示眼眶损伤的征象。AIM：To explore the CT findings of orbital trauma and the application value of CT in orbital trauma.METHODS：The CT findings of 950 patients with orbital trauma from February 2008 to June 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS：Among them,846 patients were found with orbit fractures or periorbital fractures by CT scan,103 patients were detected with intra-orbital soft tissue injury.CONCLUSION：The CT scan can sensitively detect the sign of orbital injury,should be a valuable method in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
