下睑缩肌切除术治疗轻中度下睑退缩的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究下睑缩肌切除术在治疗轻中度下睑退缩中应用的可行性。方法:选择自2007-04/2010-12到我院整形门诊就诊的轻中度下睑退缩患者16例24眼,均在局部麻醉下行下睑缩肌切除术。随访6～18(平均8.9)mo。结果:所有患者术后下睑退缩均得到矫正,矫正量1.0～3.0(平均2.5)mm。结论:下睑缩肌切除术对于治疗轻中度下睑退缩是一种理想的手术方法,值得在临床上推广应用。AIM：To study the feasibility of application of lower eyelid constrictor resection in the treatment of mild to moderate lower eyelid retraction.METHODS：Sixteen cases（24 eyes） with mild to moderate lower eyelid retraction treated in plastic clinic of our hospital from 2007-2010 were chosen with 11 male cases（14 eyes）,5 females cases（10 eyes） and age 19-56 years,mean age 32 years.Among them were 10 cases（18 eyes） of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy,3 cases（3 eyes） after cosmetic eye bags resection,2 cases（2 eyes） after orbital inferior wall fracture surgery,1 case（1 eye）after inferior rectus surgery,all of them underwent lower eyelid constrictor resection under local anesthesia.after 6-18 months,follow-up,average 8.9 months.RESULTS：All patients had their lower eyelid retraction corrected,the correction amount was 1.0-3.0 mm,mean 2.5 mm.CONCLUSION：Lower eyelid constrictor resection for the treatment of mild to moderate lower eyelid retraction is an ideal approach,worthy of clinical application.
