摘　　要：目的:探讨自制泪道探针治疗新生儿泪囊炎的方法和优点。方法:对门诊就诊的230例245眼新生儿泪囊炎患儿,经3次泪道冲洗仍不通畅者用自制的泪道探针进行泪道探通术。结果:患儿230例通过自制泪道探针进行泪道探通1～5次治愈率为99.2%。结论:用自制的泪道探针治疗新生儿泪囊炎的方法有效、简便。AIM：To evaluate the method and advantages of selfmade lacrimal probe in the treatment of infant dacryocystitis.METHODS：Totally 230 cases（245 eyes） with infant dacryocystitis who received three times unsuccessful lacrimal passage irrigation previously were performed probing of lacrimal passage with selfmade lacrimal probe.RESULTS：Probing of lacrimal passage with selfmade lacrimal probe was performed in 230 cases 1-5 times,and the cure rate was 99.2%.CONCLUSION：Selfmade lacrimal probe is an easy and effective method for the treatment of infant dacryocystitis.
