复发舌前腺囊肿的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨复发舌前腺囊肿的病因和临床治疗方法。方法对20例复发舌前腺囊肿采取囊肿及同侧或双侧舌前腺完整摘除的手术方式进行治疗。结果 20例患者术后均I期愈合出院,术后随访6个月无复发。结论舌前腺有其自身的解剖生理特点,舌前腺囊肿不宜按一般黏液囊肿治疗原则进行,舌前腺囊肿及同侧或双侧舌前腺完整摘除是治疗舌前腺囊肿的可靠手段。Objective The purpose of this article was to study relevant causes of recurrence mucocele of the glands of Blandin-Nuhn and its clinical therapy.Methods The ipsilateral/bilateral anterior lingual glands of all 20 cases were excised concomitantly with the cyst at the second operation.All patients were followed up for 6 months.Results In twenty cases stage I healing was achieved,with no recurrence in the following half a year.Conclusion The anterior has its special anatomy of physiology characteristics.Excision of ipsilateral/bilateral anterior lingual glands together with the cyst is a better way to prevent the recurrences of mucocele of glands of Blandin-Nuhn.
