摘　　要：上颌第一磨牙根管系统复杂、变异大。本文报告1例上颌第一磨牙有6个根管病例。根管系统的解剖对根管治疗的成败至关重要,如遗漏根管,可造成根管治疗失败。This paper reported a case of right maxillary first molar that presented six root canals.Root canal therapy and case management were described.The importance of looking for additional canals and unusual canal morphology was addressed,because knowledge of their existence might occasionally enable clinicians to treat a case successfully that otherwise might have ended in failure.
