Distribution of persistent contaminants and residues in organisms samples in the Shengsi waters of Changjiang River Estuary

摘  要:利用2007年10月"908"项目调查期间采集于长江口嵊泗海域的生物样品,采用气相色谱和气相色谱质谱法对其有机氯农药和多氯联苯的含量和组分特征进行了定量分析,并结合其它河口地区资料进行了对比,探讨了其残留量和分布特征,结果表明:研究海域各生物体内HCHs的总量水平为(6.0~20.3)×10-9,平均值为12.13×10-9;DDTs的总量水平则为(2.9~164.1)×10-9,平均值为69.5×10-9,总体看,DDTs的含量要高于HCHs。HCHs、DDTs和PCBs含量随生物种类的不同而有很大的差别,HCHs含量由高到低表现为:藻类〉鱼和虾类〉软体动物,DDTs含量由高到低表现为:鱼和虾类〉软体动物〉藻类,而PCBs含量由高到低表现为:软体动物〉藻类〉鱼和虾类。从HCHs组分来看,藻类中以γHCH的含量为最高,软体动物中以βHCH占优势,鱼类中占优势的是βHCH和δHCH;DDTs组分中,以p,p-′DDE占绝对优势;PCBs的组分中主要以PCB28、PCB52、PCB101和PCB118为主。Using four categories of biological samples collected from the Shengsi waters of Changjiang River Estuary during the survey of "908" Project in October 2007,and taking gas chromatography as well as gas chromatography mass spectrum,a series of quantitative analyses had been carried including the organochlorine pesticides,PCBs contents and composition characteristics.The data obtained from above analyses had been compared with those from other estuarine areas,and the contamination of the study area had also been discussed.The results showed that the concentration of HCHs was(6.0~20.3)×10-9 with the average of 12.13×10-9;the concentration of DDTs was(2.9~164.1)×10-9 with the average of 69.5×10-9.Overall,DDTs'levels were higher than those of HCHs.The concentrations of HCHs,DDTs and PCBs were different in different species.The HCHs showed that algaefish and shrimpmollusks,DDTs showed that fish and shrimpmolluscsalgae,and PCBs showed mollusksalgaefish and shrimp.From the point of view of HCHs components,the γHCH were the highest contents in algae,while βHCH were the dominant contents in mollusks,and βHCH as well as δHCH were the dominant contents in fish.p,p′-DDE occupied the most parts of DDTs,The concentration of PCBs mainly focused on PCB 28,PCB 52,PCB 101 and PCB 118.
