摘 要:目的使用角膜地形图在招飞体检中对接受各种角膜矫形术的受检者加以甄别,了解角膜矫形术与角膜地形图之间的关系,为角膜地形图在招飞体检中的应用提供理论依据。方法用计算机角膜地形图检查仪对选飞学生34眼进行角膜地形图检查,对其角膜地形图形态及角膜中央屈光度进行比较和相关分析。结果 34眼中,未行手术者18眼,角膜地形图为平滑型,角膜中央屈光度平均值为42.47D;各种角膜矫形术16眼,角膜地形图以中心岛型为主,中央屈光度平均值为40.43D;未手术组与矫形组统计学有显著性差异。结论用角膜地形图在招飞体检中对接受各种角膜矫形术的受检者进行甄别是一种最客观、有效手段,在招飞体检中应尽快引入角膜地形图检查,并规定为招飞体检中眼科必查项目。Objective To investigate the relationship between refrative surgery and corneal topography, and to provide the theory evidence for using corneal topography in pilot selection. Methods 34 eyes of pilot candidates were examined by computer corneal topographer. Corneal topography and central diopter were compared and analysed. Results Among 34 eyes, 18 eyes were not operated, their corneal topography was smooth, the average value of central diopter was 42.47D. 16 eyes were operated, their corneal topography was mainly central island, the average value of central diopter was 40.73D. There was significant difference between two groups. Conclusions It is objective and effective for using corneal topography to identify pilot candidates who got operated in pilots selection
