摘　　要：目的探讨海洛因依赖对大鼠空、回肠嗜银细胞的影响。方法成年SD大鼠66只,按配对原则随机分为空白组,盐水组和海洛因组,建立海洛因依赖动物模型。分别于10、17、24、31、38 d取空、回肠组织,应用镀银染色法及图像分析法观察空、回肠嗜银细胞的数量及染色强度变化。结果与空白组及盐水组比较,海洛因组大鼠空、回肠嗜银细胞的数量增加,染色明显加深。图像分析结果表明海洛因组大鼠空、回肠嗜银细胞平均灰度值显著降低(P<0.01);空肠各时间点、回肠第17天和第24天时间点嗜银细胞数量明显增多(P<0.05)。结论海洛因依赖期间,大鼠空、回肠嗜银细胞数量和表达明显增加。Objective To investigate the localization and expression of argyrophilic cells in the jejunum and ileum of heroin-dependent rats.Methods Sixty-six adult Sprague-Dawley rats Were randomly divided into three groups： normal control group（NCG）,saline control group（SCG） and heroin dependence group （HDG）.A rat model of heroin dependence was established.Jejunum and ileum tissue was excised on days 10,17,24,31 and 38 after heroin injection.Silver staining was performed to detect the expression and localization of argyrophilic cells in the jejunum and ileum tissue.Results As compared with NCG and SCG,argyrophilic cells in jejunum and ileum of HDG increased markedly,and the staining enhanced especially.The result of image analysis showed that the means of grey degree of the jejunum and ileum argyrophilic cells decreased obviously in HDG as compared with NCG and SCG（P0.05）,The number of argyrophilic cells in HDG increased significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion The numbers of argyrophilic cells significantly increase in the jejunum and ileum of heroin-dependent rats.
