摘　　要：朱可夫库尔斯克会战战略指导思想的形成有其历史渊源和现实原因。历史渊源主要表现为受特定历史时期的政治影响,战略方针、战略计划和战略指导相互矛盾;其现实原因是苏军中、下级指挥员的军事素养不及德军,在会战中不能发挥整体作战效能;苏联国家政治制度的优越性以及处于上层建筑领域的军事思想对战争实践的能动作用也是朱可夫库尔斯克会战战略指导思想形成的重要原因。Zhukov＇ s strategic guiding ideology in Battle of Kursk had its historic and practical reasons. The historic reasons are the political influences of the particular historical period, because those strategic policies, strategic plans and strategic guidance are contradictory; The practical reasons are the qualifies of Soviet army＇ s meddlers and lowers are less than the German military commander in the Battle, .and the whole effectiveness can not play; The superiority of the political system in Soviet Union and military thinking in the superstructure also are the important reasons of Zhukov＇ s strategic guiding ideology in the battle of Kursk.
