摘　　要：目的:研究PTEN、P14ARF在肺癌中的表达及相互关系,从而为肺癌的早期诊断及治疗提供理论依据。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测86例支气管肺癌组织和13例正常肺组织中PTEN、P14ARF的表达。结果:PTEN、P14ARF表达在肺癌低于正常肺组织;PTEN、P15ARF随肺癌分化程度增高组织表达强;PTEN、P14ARF呈正相关。结论:PTEN、P14ARF在肺癌细胞的凋亡和增殖中相互作用,二者共同参与肺癌的发生发展,可作为肺癌生物学检测指标且在肺癌治疗中具有使用价值。Objective：To study the expression and the relationship of PTEN 、P14ARF in primary bronchogenic carcinoma to offer more scientific theoretic basis for treatment and diagnosis of primary bronchogenic carcinoma.Methods：86 primary bronchogenic carcinoma tissues and 13 cases normal lung tissues was detected by SP immunohistochemical method.Results： The positive expression of PTEN,P14ARF were lower in primary bronchogenic carcinoma than normal lung tissue.The expression of PTEN,P14ARF were increasing with Poorly、moderately、well-differentiated group.There was a positive correlation between PTEN and P14ARF.Conclusion： PTEN,P14ARF play a combined role in the apoptosis and proliferation of primary bronchogenic carcinoma.It is important to improve our treatment and diagnosis of primary bronchogenic carcinoma.
