摘　　要：本文通过对美国研究型大学教学奖的起源、发展、类型、功能、标准等的系统研究,探讨了美国研究型大学教学激励的核心制度和功能建构,总结了美国研究型大学教学建设的理念、经验和措施,为我国研究型大学建设提供了一些有益的参考。This paper studies the origin, developmental process, types, functions and standards of teaching awards in the America research universities, discusses the core system and functional construction of their teaching encouragement, sums up the ideas, experience and measures of their teaching construction, which may provide some enlightenments to the Chinese research universities.
