低位直肠类癌的外科治疗体会

摘　　要：为探讨低位直肠类癌的治疗方法，回顾分析8例低位直肠类癌局部切除患者的资料。结果显示，8例患者中，除1例多发类癌患者外，其余肿瘤均距肛缘7cm以内；肿瘤直径〈1cm者7例，≥1cm者1例。术后定期复查，均无复发。结果表明，低位直肠类癌早期肿瘤局限，瘤体小，行局部切除术预后较好；对于瘤体较大者需要谨慎对待。术后应定期复查。The objective of this study was to probe into therapy for low rectal carcinoid. Authors retrospectively analysed the data of 8 patients who had been subjected to local resection for their carcinoids. Except for one case being multiple,in rest 7 cases their neoplasms were ≤7cm far from anal edge;their diameter, 〈1cm,in 7 cases,≥1cm,in 1 case;postoperative schedule examination did not all find any recurrence. Results show that in low rectal carcinoid at early its neoplasm＇s body is localized and smaller,performing local resection has better prognosis;for larger neoplasm＇s body it should be to manage carefully,and to schedule reexamination after operation.
