摘　　要：目的探讨老年患者大肠癌术后发生肺部感染的危险因素及防治措施。方法对大肠癌术后肺部感染230例的老年患者作回顾性分析并结合文献进行讨论。结果在230例大肠癌术后老年患者中,发生肺部感染48例,感染率20.87%。结论老年患者大肠癌术后肺部感染的发生与术前准备、手术时间长短、麻醉方式、术后侵入性操作、卧床、呕吐及术后护理有密切关系,应采取相应的防治措施来有效降低肺部感染发生率,减少老年患者大肠癌术后的死亡率。Objective To investigate the risk factors and prevention of post operative pulmonary infection in geriatrics patients colorectal cancer. Methods To make aretrospective analys is discussion association with literature on 230 geriatrics patients arround post operative pulmonary infection in colorectal cancer. Results Among 230 case,48 suffered from post operative pulmonary infection,infection rate being 20. 87%. Conclusion The incidence of post operative pulmonary infection in colorectal cancer close associated with the preoperative preparation,operative duration,anesthesia,invasive operation,such as nasogastric tube,intubation,inhaling oxygen,sputum drawing out,Tracheotomy,and use of respirator after operation,lying in bed,vomit,post operative nursing,we should take the corresponding prevent measures to decrease the rate and mortality of the post operative pulmonary infection in geriatrics patients colorectal cancer.
