我国化学原料药企业产业升级的内容与途径

摘　　要：化学原料药是我国医药行业的优势子行业,但我国化学原料药行业整体上处于国际医药行业价值链的底端,产业升级是行业发展的迫切需求。本文从全球价值链的角度分析产业升级的内容和途径,提出产业升级的内容与途径有:整合供应链、优化品种、争取国际认证、加强技术改造和技术创新、延伸产业链、争取国际研发外包以及实行产业再转移等。本文同时提出把整合供应链、提高产品质量、优化产品结构、加大技术改造和技术创新力度作为产业升级的核心,加强专利到期或专利即将到期原料药的抢仿,在条件成熟时,通过兼并重组,适时发展制剂产业,延长产业链,依靠科技创新,逐步向仿制药供应商发展,最后通过创新药物的研制、生产和销售实现产业升级。The chemical raw drug industry is the superior sub-industry of the pharmaceutical industry in China, but the chemical raw drug industry of China as a wbole is on the bottom of the pharmaceutical industry value chain. As a result, industry development is in urgent needs of industrial upgrading. This paper has analyzed the contents and approaches of industrial upgrading from the perspective of global value chain. The proposed contents and approaches of industrial upgrad- ing include integrating the supply chain, optimizing the varieties, applying for international certification, strengthening tech- nical transformation and innovation, extending the industry chain, striving for international research and development out- sourcing, implementing industrial re-transfer, etc. It also proposes to take integrating the supply chain, improving products quality, optimizing the product structure and strengthening technology transformation and technological innovation as the core of industrial upgrading, strengthening rush imitation of raw drugs with expired patent or expiring patent, developing the formulation industry at the right time and extending the industry chain under mature conditions. It can develop into the generic drug supplier gradually by relying on technological innovation, and realize the industrial upgrading through innovative new drugs development, production and marketing, as the reference for persons concerned.
