中年食管癌患者术后急性呼吸衰竭的防治

摘　　要：目的:探讨中年食管癌患者术后急性呼吸衰竭(actue respiratory failure,ARF)的原因及其防治。方法:回顾性分析13例中年食管癌术后并发ARF患者的临床资料。结果:13例中年食管癌术后并发AFR患者中,治愈12例,死亡1例。结论:食管癌术前充分的呼吸道准备,术中及时有效的吸痰、缩短手术时间,术后有效镇痛、鼓励患者排痰等,可降低肺部并发症的发生。Objective： To explore the prevention and cure of acute respiratory failure following esophagectomy for middleage patients. Methods： Clinical datas of 13 middle-agepatients complicating acute respiratory failure following esophageetomy retrospective were analysed. Results： In the 13 patients of acute respiratory failure, 12 patients were cured and only 1 patient died. Condusion： Sufficient respiratory passage preparation at preoperative, shorter operative time, in time and effective aspiration sputum perioperative, postoperative effectively relieve pain, to encourage patients cough can prevent pulmonary complications.
