摘　　要：目的:探讨CD44v17在食管癌中的表达及意义。方法:根据本实验室在MCF-7/Adr中发现的一种CD44剪切拼接变异体CD44v17(基国库序列号FJ216964)设计特异性引物,采用实时定量PCR法检测了73例食管癌组织及相应癌旁组织CD44v17 mRNA的表达情况,分析CD44v17 mRNA表达与食管癌临床生物学特性之间的关系。结果:食管癌组织CD44v17 mRNA表达明显高于相应癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);食管癌CD44v17 mRNA表达与肿瘤的大小、发生部位、病理类型均无相关性(P>0.05),而与食管癌的分化程度、临床TNM分期、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论:CD44v17 mRNA在食管癌组织中高表达,可为临床预测食管癌恶性程度,浸润转移潜能,评估预后提供一种重要的参考指标。Objective： To explore the expression and significance of the CD44v17 in esophageal carcinoma.Methods： The specific primers of the CD44 variant（CD44v17）（Gene Bank NO.FJ216964） found in MCF-7/Adr in our laboratory were designed.The expression of CD44v17 at mRNA levels in 73 cases of esophageal carcinoma tissues and corresponding normal tissues was detected with real-time quantitative PCR（qRT-PCR） method.The relationship between the CD44v17 mRNA expression and biological characteristic esophageal carcinoma was evaluated.Results： The significant difference of the CD44v17 mRNA expression levels was found between the group of esophageal carcinoma tissues and the control group（P0.05）.In addition,overexpression of CD44v17 mRNA was closely related with the histopathologic classification,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）,but not with the tumor size,location and pathological type（P0.05）.Conclusion： CD44v17 mRNA is over expressed in esophageal carcinoma,which may serve as an important indicator of malignant degree,invasion and metastasis potential and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
