摘　　要：文章就高压配网输变电工程可研阶段的系统规划设计收资情况作简要的分析,并通过工程实例,罗列出进行系统规划设计前所需要收集的大量数据及收资方法,以供同行参考。The paper analyzes the planning, design and revenue collecting of feasibility study phase of the high-voltage distribution network power transmission engineering, and lists a number of data and methods that are needed to be collected before the system is planed and designed, based on the engineering projects, for the reference of the peers.
