不典型慢性髓细胞白血病骨髓组织病理学的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:对16例不典型慢性髓细胞白血病(αCML)患者诊断时的骨髓塑胶包埋活检切片的组织病理学特点进行研究,探讨其对αCML的诊断价值。方法:切片应用常规HGF染色和Gomori网硬蛋白纤维银浸染色方法,分析16例αCML患者骨髓活检切片上髓系、红系和网硬蛋白纤维的改变,并以10例正常切片作对照。结果:在αCML时髓系和红系细胞出现一定程度的病态造血;本组10例检出幼稚前体细胞异位阳性(ALIP+),8例检出同期幼红细胞簇异位,13例示网硬蛋白纤维含量增高。结论:塑胶包埋骨髓活检切片对涂片有补充作用,在αCML的诊断中具有一定价值。Objective：The aim of this study was to assess the diagnostic value of histopathological features of plastic-embedded bone marrow biopsy section in 16 atypical chronic myelogenous leukemia（αCML）patients.Method：Sections were routinely stained with HGF and Gomori reticular fiber staining.The changes in myeloid Series,erythroid series and reticulin fibers were detected in 16 αCML patients and 10 normal sections.Result：Dysplascia was found in both the myeloid and erythroid series of αCML.The abnormal localization of immature precursors（ALIP^＋）were to detcited in 10 cases.The abnormal localization of erythroblastic clusters were in 8 cases,and the expressing reticulin fibres were increased in 13 αCML patients.Conclusion：Plastic embedded bone marrow biopsy section may play role in the diagnosis of αCML,as the complements to the bone marrow smears.
