蒲元和胃胶囊对消化性溃疡愈合质量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究蒲元和胃胶囊对消化性溃疡(PU)愈合质量的影响。[方法]选取PU患者167例,随机分为治疗组90例和对照组77例,2组患者均采用幽门螺杆菌(Hp)标准根除方案(雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林)治疗1周,Hp阴性者不用。对照组继续服用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片3周,治疗组服用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片联合蒲元和胃胶囊3周。治疗4周后复查,观察胃镜下溃疡愈合情况和再生黏膜成熟程度。[结果]治疗组和对照组的胃溃疡总愈合率分别为89.47%和82.35%(P>0.05);瘢痕期(S期)Sc百分比分别为47.37%和23.53%(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组的十二指肠球部溃疡总愈合率分别为92.31%和86.05%(P>0.05);Sc百分比分别为48.08%和27.91%(P<0.05)。[结论]蒲元和胃胶囊治疗PU能在溃疡愈合基础上显著提高愈合质量。[Objective]To study the effectiveness of Puyuanhewei capsule on peptic ulcer healing. [Methods]One hundred and sixty-seven patients with chronic peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=90）and controls（n=77）.All patients were treated by using Hp standard eradication program（rabeprazole,clarithromy,amoxicilin）for 1 week,expect for the patients with negative Hp.Then patients in the control group continued to take rabeprazole 3 weeks,while those in the treatment group taking rabeprazole combined with Puyuanhewei capsule for 3 weeks.Four weeks after the treatment,the ulcer healing and the regeneration mucosa maturity were detected by gastroscope. [Results]The total gastric ulcer healing rate of treatment group and control group was 89.47% and 82.35% respectively（P0.05）.The Sc percentage of the scarring stage was 47.37% and 23.53% respectively in the treatment group and control group（P0.05）.The total duodenal bulb ulcer healing rate of treatment group and control group was 92.31% and 86.05% respectively（P0.05）.The Sc percentage of the scarring stage was 48.08% and 27.91% respectively in the treatment group and control group（P0.05）. [Conclusion]Puyuanhewei capsule can significantly improve the quality of healing after the ulcer healing.
