胸膜转移瘤的超声诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声对胸膜转移瘤的诊断价值。方法总结分析60例胸膜转移瘤的超声图像资料,60例均做普通X线摄片检查,其中48例行CT检查。结果 60例均伴不同程度胸腔积液,超声正确诊断56例,占93.3%;CT正确诊断46例,占95.8%,其中2例伴少量肋隔角积液,CT提示为反应性胸膜增厚;普通X线正确诊断仅10例,占16.7%。结论超声和CT检查对胸膜转移瘤的诊断均有重要价值,超声可重复性好、安全,对伴少量胸腔积液的胸膜转移瘤较CT具有更高的敏感性,超声引导下的穿刺活检是胸膜转移瘤定性诊断的重要手段之一。Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound in diagnosing pleural metastasis tumour. Methods Ultrasound imagings of 60 cases with pleural metastasis turnout were reviewed and analyzed. Results Ultrasonic diagnosing correct rate was 93.3% （ 56/60 ） ; CT was 95.8% （46/60）with 2 of them showing rib phrenic angle effusion, and CT indicated pleural thickening; The plain X-ray diagnosing correct rate was only 16.7% （ 10/60 ）. Conclusion Ultrasound and CT have important usefulness in the diagnosis of pleural metastasis tumour with good replacations, safety and sensitive, especially in pleural metastasis tumour with little pleural effusion. Uhrasound-gui ded puncture and biopsy is one of the most important means to diagnose pleural metastasis tumor.
