摘 要:原发性肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)在世界范围内发病率及病死率较高,且发病率呈逐年增长趋势。对小肝癌(small hepatocellular ca rcinoma,SHCC)的诊断,即HCC的早期诊断和及时治疗,对于延长肝癌患者生存期具有重要意义。在肝癌的早期诊断中,影像学检查是不可或缺的技术手段。近年来随着各种影像学技术的不断进步,SHCC的检出率逐年提高。对众多患者而言,这将意味着可以得到早期恰当的治疗,避免不必要的外科手术,从而显著提高患者的生存率和预后。现对国内外有关SHCC的相关影像学诊断进展及各自特点综述,在进行癌诊断时对影像学方法做出适当选择,从而提高小肝癌的检出率,改善患者预后。Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a worldwide malignancy with high incidence and mortality. Correct and timely diagnosis is of great importance for treatment and prognosis. Imaging technology plays an important rote in SHCC diagnosis, and its development lead to higher detection rates, which means more patients can receive early treatment, avoid unnecessary surgery and enjoy longer survival and better prognosis. Researchers had done a great deal of studies on the diagnostic imaging of SHCC in the past several years. This paper reviews the development of modern image technology in Small Hepatocellular Carcinoma diagnosis, so that the appropriate choice of imaging technology can be made and the detection rate and prognosis of SHCC can be improved.
