摘  要:钢中存在δ铁素体不仅会影响钢管的性能,还会使钢管产生内、外折缺陷。分析了P91热轧无缝钢管中影响δ铁素体形成的因素及其对热轧P91无缝钢管质量的影响,提出了通过优化成分设计,控制钢锭成分偏析和热轧穿孔温度等措施避免P91热轧无缝钢管中δ铁素体形成的建议。Existence of δ ferrite in the steel will not only negatively affect the properties of the steel tube,but also lead to development of both inner and outer folds thereof.Analyzed is the elements that cause the forma-tion of δ ferrite in the P91 hot-rolled seamless steel tube,and influence by such elements on quality of the tube.Based on the analysis,relevant technical proposals are put forward,including optimizing chemical composition of the steel,properly controlling the chemical segregation of the ingot,and the temperature for hot-rolling/pierc-ing process in a bid to prevent formation of δ ferrite in the P91 hot-rolled seamless steel tube.
