摘 要:介绍了一种基于DSP的不锈钢焊管等离子弧焊的焊缝实时跟踪系统,对其工作原理、控制系统的硬件设计和软件程序设计的要点等进行了阐述。该系统采用激光传感器测量焊缝的位置,并采用Fuzzy-P双模控制进行焊缝的纠偏;采用DSP作为核心控制器产生控制信号,驱动焊枪高度方向的运动和焊管的旋转,实现焊枪对焊缝的实时自动跟踪,并根据焊缝尺寸实现焊接速度的自适应调整。实验结果表明:该系统可以实现焊枪对焊缝的实时自动跟踪,完全满足实际焊接生产的需要。A DSP-based real-time seam tracking system for PAW stainless welded pipes is presented here in the paper with details concerning such main aspects as the working principle,and the design tips of both software and hardware of the control system,etc.The laser sensor is used in this system to measure the position of the seam,and the Fuzzy-P double-mode control technique is adopted to rectify deviation of the seam.The DSP is used as the central controller to produce control signal which drives the motor for vertical movement of the welding torch,and makes the welded pipe rotating so as to realize the real-time automatic seam tracking with the welding torch,and the adaptive speed control according to the weld seam dimensions.The results of the experiments demonstrate that the said system is capable of bring about the real-time automatic seam tracking of the welding pipe by the welding torch,having completely met the requirement for the welding operation.
