摘　　要：以往是通过城市道路无障碍单体设施的布置要求及设施数量,来反映城市道路无障碍环境的服务水平,针对如何更为有效地量化反映城市道路无障碍环境服务水平的研究较少。结合北京热点区域城市道路无障碍设施布置情况,从无障碍设施系统化布置的角度,选取合适的评价因子及评价方法,初步建立评价体系,为城市道路无障碍环境服务水平提供量化衡量的方法。Formerly,the arrangement requirement and the quantity of the monomer accessible facility of urban road reflected the service level of urban road accessible environment.There is a little study for how to more effectively quantize and reflect the service level of urban road accessible environment.According to the arrangement status of accessible facilities of urban roads in the hotspot areas in Beijing and from the systematized arrangement of accessible facilities,the suitable evaluation factor and evaluation method are selected,and the evaluation system is preliminarily established so as to provide the quantizing judging method for the service level of urban road accessible environment.
